I am so excited that you're interested in working together for your senior portrait experience! Here you will find frequently asked questions, package information, and all you need to know about booking with Avery Troxel Photography.
Booking and Planning
Ready to lock in your session date? Let's do this! Once you have secured your session date with a paid retainer and signed contract, you will receive your senior questionnaire. Your questionnaire will teach me everything I need to know about you and your vision for your senior session, so that I can customize it just for you!
It's Shoot Day!
The fun begins! After working together to select the perfect locations and plan out the details of your session, we will meet on-location to begin your senior portrait experience. I will help finalize outfit details and style you to be picture-perfect before we start shoot. I will pose and guide you throughout the entire session. Your only job is to have fun, smile, and enjoy the experience!
Social Media Sneak Peek
Within 48 hours of your senior session, I will share a social media sneak peek for you to see and share! Then, it will be up to two weeks until you receive your full senior portrait gallery online. I pride myself on the quick turnaround times- I never want to make you wait months to see your photos!
Gallery Delivery
After up to three weeks, your full online gallery will be delivered straight to your email! Here, you will be able to download + share all of your fully edited high resolution digital files. The hardest part of gallery delivery will be choosing photos for your weekly #seniorsunday post.
The Avery Troxel Senior Experience
My love for photography began my freshman year of high school so senior portraits sessions hold a dear place in my heart. It is SO fun to step away from all the stress of senior year to feel beautiful and have a day that is all about YOU. I will never forget my senior portrait experience (check out one of my favorites on the left!) and I want you to walk away with the same excitement that I had when I was waiting to receive my senior gallery!
In the almost five years of being a photographer, I have gone through trail and error in order to figure out exactly what my senior clients need to have the best experience possible. I offer four different senior packages in order to meet all different needs, with no hidden fees or additional print minimum. It is all perfectly selected to tailor the best experience possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
I've picked a package other than #3, can I still opt to get professional makeup done?
Yes! I am partnered with Michelle McWithey, a licensed esthetician + MUA working out of a studio located in downtown Pendleton. For a full face of makeup + lashes, she charges $100. You can view her work on Instagram @_skinby.m ! If you'd like to add this service to your package, please notify me so I can make sure your session date works for her as well.
I'M READY TO BOOK! HOW DO I MAKE THINGS OFFICIAL?
In order to reserve a date with Avery Troxel, 50% of your package price is due up front as a retainer along with a signed contract. The remaining 50% + any relevant travel fees are due on the day of your session date. All payment and paperwork are done online for your convenience! To begin the process, just email Avery with the session date you'd like to book!
